You can synchronize the target database schema with the source database schema. The result of this operation is automatically generated synchronization script that can be edited manually later on. At the next stage, it can be executed on the target database or exported into the SQL file for future using. Below you can see how the operation processes.
Select the operation scope by choosing the desired nodes on metadata trees.
Click the Sync to Right or Sync to Left button depending on the location of target and source database schemas. You will get to the matching page.
Here you can adjust objects matching if needed.
Click the Maximize button to see the operation details in the fullscreen mode.
Click Options button at the bottom right-hand corner of the central window. You will get to the Schema synchronization options page.
After picking up the desired options, click the Run button at the bottom right-hand corner of the central window to get the result. Otherwise, click the Matching button at the bottom left-hand corner of the central window, if you need to get back to the matching page.
The synchronization actions will be displayed in the central window. The metadata objects tree is at the top, while the script that will be executed on the target scope will be shown at the bottom.
Click the Export button at the bottom right-hand corner of the central window to save the synchronization script into the SQL file.
