As a collaboration application, SharePoint (sharepoint.microsoft.com) helps simplify business intelligence, content management, search, and sharing for intranet and internet sites. Using SharePoint 2010 and Silverlight 4 (microsoft.com/silverlight/) – as per the client’s requirements – our web development team created a portal for photo restoration artists with features ranging from File System and Image Viewer (we used jQuery for the latter) to online collaboration, file moderation and sharing.
